Work up to you heavy Cleans
Then:
3×3 Cleans 70% of your 1 rep Max from your your heaviest lift
5×1 Cleans 85% 1 rep Max
Rest 1 minute between sets
Then:
5×5 Military Press (increase weight each set)
5×5 Push Press
5×5 Split Jerks
Rest 1 minutes between rounds
Then:
20x Knee to Elbows
20x Hanging Windshield Wipers
20x L Chin-ups
Then:
Cool down
