3×12 BB Single Straight Leg Deadlifts
3×12 BB Single Leg Step-up (one leg elevated at a time)
3×12 DB Bulgarian Split Squats
Rest 60-90 seconds in between sets
Then:
15m OVH Walks
15m Sled Upright Forward Walking Drags
15m Sled Pulls
15x Box Jumps
3 rounds. Rest as and when required keeping it minimal.
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
