45 seconds per exercise for 15 minutes
Then:
Rest 2 minutes
Then:
Rope Undulations +
Burpees +
Skipping +
Mountain Climbers +
Burps
4 minutes per exercise with 15 seconds work and 15 seconds rest before moving on to the next exercise
Then:
Cool down and stretch
