Medicine Ball Work (Ball Slam to Burpees to Ball Press-up to Burpees to Ball Chest pass)
4 rounds
Then:
Pad work – 50 punches standing – 50 punches ground and pond style +
Animal Walk (any – but my favourite is Bear Crawl) +
80 meter sprint
Jog back to recover
3 rounds
Then:
Cool down
