I am addicted to collecting footsteps before dawn
Seeing places I never knew existed
Run to the moon and back
Been a rabbit for the neighborhood dogs
Obey the voice in my head
Let music carry me when I couldnt
Let the world be my witness
Measure myself in meters, kilometers and finally character
I plugged into a higher purpose
Left this world and come back changed
Workout completed.

I am addicted

Remember it’s you that makes the difference. You are the magic pill. It is not the equipment that makes you it is you that make it.

Mobility Warm-up
Then:
Morning Run 6 miles
Then:
12x Sandbag Clean to Shoulder – (6 each side shoulder the load) +
12x Hammer Slams (6 each side)
6x Pull-ups/Chin-ups
12x Battling Rope Whip Smash (6 each side)
6x Side to Side Sumo Squats (3 each side)
6x Box Jumps (or in my case garden table jumps. You got make do with what you got.)
6 rounds. Rest 1-2 minutes between each round.
Then:
Cool down and SMR
