Monday 8-2-2010

Mobility Warm-up and Sun-Salutation (yoga)
Then:
50 Sit-ups
40 Single Leg Squats (left & right)
30 Wide Alternate arm press up
20 Single arm Resistance Band Snatches (left & right)
10 Glute Ham Raises
As many rounds in 30 minutes
Then:
Cool down and Sun-Salutation Poses
