Missed out on training over the last few days. Been extremely busy. Yesterday went for a long walk with friends and our dogs Jack, Bowe and Louis up in the Ilkley Moors. It was fun and added a few sprints here and there chasing the dogs and a few climbs… Some hairy moments with my leg dangling down a hole which was very well camouflaged by shrubs.
So moving on:
Start with Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
Then:
5 rounds of Deadlift @ 70% max for 8/10 reps
Then:
20 x Ring Wood Chops
5 rounds
Then:
15 x Upside down hanging ring pull-ups
4 rounds
Then:
10 x Ring press-ups +
20 x Ring roll-outs +
10 x Ring flyes
3 rounds
Then:
15 x Hanging wind-shield wipers
2 rounds
Then:
Cool down and stretch
