Monday 25-1-2010

High Intensity Interval Training
Warmup
Then:
Up-downs +
Over Head Squats +
Yoga Dolphin Pose/Elbow Pike Press-ups +
Single legged Squats +
T- Pushups
6 rounds 1 minute per exercise with 1 minute rest in between each round
Then:
3 minutes Plank work
Then:
Cooldown and Stretch
