6 sets/rounds – 6 reps per exercise – 60 seconds rest between rounds. Use Dumbbells, Olympic Bar, Kettlebell or a Log thats up to you. Stay with the same weight or if you feel strong then increase the weight and decrease your rep range by 1 each round. On paper this looks easy.
