I have a great deal of respect for guys and gals who practice the art of Parkour. It truly is an art of movement along with mental death defying stunts. Parkour relies on the fundamental attributes of movement. It is much more then just strength and one has to recruit balance, endurance, meticulous precision, awareness of the the surroundings, speed and style. In my opinion it also goes deeper into the realms of spiritual as is in the the world or martial arts.
