Then:
3×5 Barbell Snatch
2×15 Overhead Squats
Then:
1 minute x 32kg Kettlebell Snatch per arm +
2 minutes x 24kg Kettlebell Snatch per arm +
3 minutes x 16kg Kettlebell Snatch per arm
Then:
Left Arm
15x 32kg Overhead Squat
15x 24kg Overhead Squat
15x 16kg Overhead Squat
Right Arm
15x 32kg Overhead Squat
15x 24kg Overhead Squat
15x 16kg Overhead Squat
Then:
Cool down
