Power Endurance

Warm-up
Then:
60 seconds Burpees to Pull-up +
60 seconds Hammer Work +
800 m Sprint
3 rounds rest 60 seconds in between rounds
Then:
3 minutes Rope Slams
rest 1 minute
2 minutes Rope Undulation
Then:
3x 60 seconds Tyre Flipping and Jumps
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
