Keep your focus and never quit. Negative begets negative. Positive begets positive. Quitting can turn become a habit not worth having.

Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
Then:
Workout:
15 minutes Skipping
Then:
1 rep working to Heavy Clean
Then:
5×3 minutes to complete the following:
5x BB Front Squat (approx. 70% of your body weight) +
10x BB Push Press (approx. 70% of your body weight) +
Skipping (fast) for the time remaining
Then:
Chill out and Stretch
