Olympic Rings are very versatile. Just need to attach to a tree branch or pull-up bar. I love training with them and working on my muscle ups… They are tougher than look.

Then:
3×60 seconds Ring Knee holds (90 degrees)

Then:
Ring Face Pulls +
Rope Undulation +
Farmers walk +
KB Swings (single arm and switch) +
Jump Squats +
Those Bastard Burpees again
45 seconds work + 15 seconds rest. Complete as many rounds in 45 minutes
