Thats 1 rep.
Complete 1 reps every 60 seconds for 10 minutes
Then:
25m OH Lunges (upward) +
25m OH Walk (downward) +
60 seconds rest
Complete 5 rounds
Then:
3x Sandbag TGU (3 reps each side)
