Then:
Sandbag Complex consists of the following exercises:
Bent Over Rows +
Cleans (from the floor) +
Zercher Squats +
Shouldering (from the floor) +
Bent Over Rows
10 reps each and complete 5 rounds in total. Rest 2 minutes between each round.
Then:
10x SandBag TGU (5 each side)
100m Zercher Farmer Walks
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
