Kettlebell Jerks Progression

30 seconds 2x24kg
30 seconds 2x32kg
3 rounds
Then:
Kettlebell Squat Progression
30 seconds 2x16kg
30 seconds 2x24kg
30 seconds 2x32kg
3 rounds
Then:
2x16kg Kettlebells maximum rounds in 2 minutes
10 reps Swing
10 reps Jerks
10 reps Squats
Sort rest and repeat 3 times…
