Warm-up and Dynamic mobility
Then:
Ring Pull ups +
Hammer work Wood Chops +
KB Swings
8 rounds of 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest
Then:
Ring Reverse Wood Chops +
Tyre Flipping +
KB Press
4 rounds 30 seconds work no rest
Then:
KB Suitcase Deadlift +
Ring Planks +
KB Squats
3 rounds 30 seconds work no rest
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
