Complete 5 sets. Rest adequately between sets.
Then:
Work-up to Heavy Deadlift
Then:
1 rep x Deadlift 80% of your previous Max +
2 reps x Pull-ups +
3 reps x Press-ups on the bar
Every 60 seconds for 15 minutes. Rest for the remainder of the left.
Then:
15 minutes of Skipping
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
