3×10 Tyre Jumps
3×5 Jump Over the entire type
3×6 Sandbag Cleans to shoulders (3 each side)
Then:
Hang Snatch + Overhead Squat
1 doublet with 15 seconds rest for 15 rounds
Then:
Work up to Heavy Cleans (1 rep per weight)
Then:
Work between the range of 70%-80% max of the heavy Cleans done previously
6×2 Power Cleans
5×1 Power Cleans
Rest 90 seconds to 2 minutes bewtween sets
Then:
Cool down and Foam Roller SMR Work
