Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
3 x 10 Burpees to Pull-ups
Then:
5 x Wide Grip Mountain climber Pull-ups and slide +
5 x Offset Close Grip Pull-ups +
5 x Supine Grip Horizontal Pull-up
3 rounds rest after each round
Cool down and Stretch out
