(Followed by a jog to my backyard HOBO gym)
Then:
Work up to Heavy Front Squat
Then:
3×2 Front Squat @ 70% 1 RMax
5×1 Front Squat @ 90% 1 RMax
Then:
15 minutes of Jump Rope
Then:
Cool down
