Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
Then:
Weapon of choice Dumbbells or you can choose Kettlebells
10x Half TGU (5reps each side) +
30secs x 6 Point Burpees +
10x Renegade Rows (5reps each arm) +
30secs x Sprinting on the spot or High Knees +
5x Rotational OVH Strict Press +
30secs x Tuck Jumps +
5x Rotational Bent Over Rows +
30secs x OVH Extended Planks
Rest periods minimal enough to catch you breath back.
Complete 4 Rounds
Then:
Animal Drill + Yoga Flow
Then:
Cool down and Stretch Out

 

Heavy Dumbbells swisball, chest press, sandbag, turkish get ups, Leeds group personal training
