Then:
5 sets x 10 KB Clean and Jerk @ 2x24kg
Rest 90 seconds between sets
Circuit Training
Evening Group session
Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
Rope Undulation +
Kettlebell Jerk +
Medicine Ball Slam +
Kettlebell Swings +
Kneeling Jump Squats +
Spider-man Press-ups or Iranian Press-ups+
Plank
2 rounds x 3 sets of 60 seconds per exercise
Rest 2 minutes in between rounds
