Stop chasing the new shiny gadgets. Stop buying the new e-book on how to get 6 pack in 6 weeks or gain super strength in 12 weeks. Do not follow some guru for just cause you are lost. You know deep down, that without your own hard work and staying consistent to a programme you are never going to reach your goal, whatever it might be. Below is a strength training programme that I do not expect you to follow, but if you do I guarantee you that with your continual effort you will get strong, lean, and fast. Work with your current limitation and slowly chip away at it. Whenever you reach your goals, enjoy the journey and the learning process that goes with it. You will learn a great deal about yourself through physical suffering. You will be mentally and physical strong. Remember that, YOU and only YOU can make the difference in all that YOU do.

Mobility Drills
2×10 Front Squat
5×3 Front Squat
Rest 2 minutes between sets
Work to your heavy Deadlift (aiming for 2 reps per lift)
5×3 Deadlift @80% Max of today
Rest 2 minutes between sets
5×5 Pull-ups
5×10 Hanging Windshield Wipers (10 each side)
Cool down and SMR
