Then:
6sets x 6exercises x 6reps Barbell Complex
Snatch
Floor Cleans & Push Press
Back Squat
Good Morning
Bent-over Row
Deadlift
Rest between sets to increase weight
Then:
3×10 Stiff Legged Deadlift 30/50% DL Max
Rest enough between sets
Then:
3×10 Pulls-ups
3×10 Horizontal/Flag Chin-ups
Rest adequately between sets
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
