4×20 BB Overhead walking lunges mid heavy (approx. 50%max)
2×20 BB Overhead walking lunge heavy (approx. 75%max)
Followed by:
10×2 Heavy Rear Elevated Split Squat 75-85%max
BB in back squat position or dumbbell by the side of your hips. Rest 60/90 seconds
Followed by:
5×5 (5 each) Pistols +
5×10 Box Jumps
Followed by:
3×10 L Pull-ups
3×10 L Chin-ups
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
