Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
3×5 DB or KB Single Arm Snatch
Rest 2/3 minutes between each set
Then:
3×8 DB Bench Press +
3×8 DB Rear Leg Elevated Squat
Rest 1/2 minutes between each superset
Then:
2×8 DB or KB Row +
2×8 Straight Legged Deadlift +
2×8 Chin-ups
Rest 1/2 minutes between each tri-set
Then:
Ab Circuit
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
