Then:
5×5 BB Front Squats
3×5 BB Hang Cleans
5×5 BB Push Press
5×5 BB OVH Squats
Then:
4×20 Double KB Swings +
4xSubmaximal Wide Grip Pull-ups (2sets) and Chin-ups (2sets)
Then:
Cool down and recovery drills
