Warmup with Joint Mobility
3x each side Windmill
5x Overhead Squat
3x each side Bent Press
5x each side Turkish Getup
3x each side The Gladiator
5x each side Single arm Getup
3x each side Kettlebell Situp
5x Yanda Situp
10x Glute-Ham Raise
10x Crush Pushup
10x Towel Supinated Kettlebell Biceps Curl
Repeat this 2/3 rounds. Rest as and when you require it.
