Warm-up
Then:
Strength and Power Training using Barbell
Bent Over Rows +
Power Cleans +
Front Squat +
Military Press +
Back Squat +
Good Mornings +
Burpees (just for good measure)
3 rounds of 21-15-9 reps (Keep the same weight through out)
Then:
Cool down and stretch
