3x10m Walking Lunge @ 30-40% max
3x10m OH Walking Lunge @ 30-40% max
Then:
3×10 OHS @ 30-40% max
Then:
3×5 Deadlift @ 70% max
3×3 Deadlift @ 80% max
3×1 Deadlift @ % near Max
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
