Kettlebell Swings +
Kettlebell Push Press (uneven weight 20kg and 24kg)
Rope Undulation +
Resistance Band backward sprint +
Medicine Ball Slam +
Resistance band Jump Squats +
Skipping
45 seconds per exercise 15 seconds rest/change. Total of 7 rounds.
Then:
30 minutes of Pad Work Skills +
10 minutes of body conditioning (being punched, kicked, medicine ball slammed on abdominal region and other torture methods)
Then:
Cool down and stretch
