Thursday Christmas Eve Workout
Okay it is Christmas Eve but that should not stop you from training. It is snowy here in Leeds, so we are in for a great white Christmas.
Warm up
Then:
10×5 32kg KB Floor Chest Press Single arm +
10×5 Clap Press-ups
Rest 30 seconds/1 minute between each set.
Then:
10×5 Pull-ups +
Rest 1 minute between each set
Then:
3×5 KB Windmills
Then:
Stretch out
