So wrap up warm in layers certainly a cold gear base layer compression top and tights is a good idea. Plenty of brands doing this in the market, Under Armour Cold Gear, Champion Cold Weather, Nike Pro, Skins (great for compression but I have not found anything for cold weather), etc…
