Dynamic Warm up
Then:
60 seconds Kettlebell Swing +
30 seconds Plyometrics Press-ups +
60 seconds Low Backward Lunges to Squat +
30 seconds Overhead press left arm +
30 seconds Overhead press right arm +
60 seconds Rest
5 rounds in total
Then:
5 Burpes to 50 meter sprint
Jog back to recover and rest 30 seconds
Repeat for 5 rounds
Then:
Backward jog 10 meters to turn and Sprint 40 meters
Jog back to recover and immediately
5 rounds in total
Then:
30 seconds push press right arm +
30 seconds push press left arm +
10 meters Left arm Kettlebell Overhead walking Lunges +
40 meters Bear Crawls and then return immediately to the Kettlebells (80 meters in total) +
10 meters Right arm Kettlebell Overhead walking Lunges +
Rest 60 seconds
Then repeat
Then:
Recover + Cool down + Stretch
