Heavy Pull Training
Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
Heavy Deadlift 10×3
Then:
Thick Bar Deadlift @bodyweight
6 minute of 30 seconds work and 30 seconds rest
Then:
Alternate Front Squat – Back Squat @ bodyweight
4 min of 20 seconds work and 20 seconds rest
Then:
2x 15 meters uphill sprints of farmer walk (60g each) +
25kg powerbag +
Sandbag (30kg) +
35kg powerbag
Then:
10×15 sprints with walk back recovery
Then:
Cool down, Recover and Stretch
