Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
Then:
10 x Incline 80 Steps (Hill 60 Roundhay, Leeds) Sprints – Jog back to recover
5 minutes rest
Then:
10 x Jump Squats +
Power Band Sprints for 20 seconds
5 rounds and rest 30 seconds in between sets
Then:
10 x 1 minute rounds Pad/Heavy Bag work
Minimal rest
Cool down and Stretch
