Then:
Power Cleans
Military Press
Front Squat
1 set 8 reps of each
Rest for 1 minute
2 set 6 reps of each
Rest for 1 minute
3 set 4 reps of each
Rest for 1 minute
4 set 2 reps of each
Rest for 1 minute
5 set 1 rep of each
Once you start a set you cannot place the barbell on the floor. This is a back-to-back brutality that will add-up. Choose the weight that you are comfortable with and stick to that throughout the 5 sets.
Then:
Cool down and Stretch out.
