Tuesday WOD 15-6-2010

Workout of the day:

Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
1x Barbell Snatch (from floor) + 2x OHS = 1 rep
20 reps in total. Rest 15 seconds between each rep.
Then:
Cleans (floor) + Front Squat + Jerks = 1 rep
20 reps in total. Rest 15 seconds between each rep.
Then:
3×5 Wall Handstand Press-ups
3×10 Jump Squats
3×10 Pull ups
Then:
Cool down
