1 minute of Mountain Climbers
3 sets with minimal rest
Then:
5x Diamond/Close positioning press ups
5x Neutral/shoulder distance hand position press ups
5x Wide Grip press ups
1 minute of Plank
30x Crunches
5 sets of above
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
