Warm-up
Then:
5 minutes of KB Swing
Then:
5 minutes of
10x KB Shoulder Press Left + Right hand
10x KB Squats Left + Right hand
Then:
5 minutes of KB Swing

or

1 minute of Jumping Jacks
1 minute of Bastards/Burpees
1 minute of Mountain Climbers
3 sets with minimal rest
Then:
5x Diamond/Close positioning press ups
5x Neutral/shoulder distance hand position press ups
5x Wide Grip press ups
1 minute of Plank
30x Crunches
5 sets of above

Then:
Cool down and Stretch
