Joint Mobility Warm-up
Then:
3 sets 5x each side Windmills
Then:
60 seconds Sling Shots
Change direction and repeat 3 times each side
Then:
Single arm Kettlebell Push Press
30 seconds per arm total of 6 rounds
Then:
3×3 minutes Kettlebell Swings
Then:
60 seconds Get up +
60 seconds Yanda sit-up +
60 seconds Kettlebell Sit-up +
60 seconds Bottom side up Crush Press-up
2 rounds in total
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
