Box Jump @ 30″
Skipping (hard)
Burpee/Ball Slam
Rope Pull/Sprint
Bear Crawl
Then:
50x KB Swing
Rest 90 seconds
40x KB Swing
Rest 75 seconds
30x KB Swing
Rest 60 seconds
20x KB Swing
Rest 45 Seconds
10x KB Swing
Rest…
Then:
Cool down and Stretch
all-four
