Dynamic Warm
Then:
Perform 1 rep every 30 seconds for 10 minutes
KB Single Hand Swing + Clean + Squat + Press + Snatch
Change hand. Once completed both hands is 1 rep.
Then:
10 x each KB single arm press to Get-ups +
10 x Single Ring Row and twists (Ring Wood Chops)
3 rounds
Then:
Cool down and stretch
