Here's what included

Before embarking on your one-to-one personal training programme or group training sessions, we’ll conduct a series of tests and assessments to establish your baseline. These evaluations may include some or all of the following:

  • Blood Pressure Measurement
  • Body Circumference Measurements
  • Peak Flow Assessment
  • Body Fat Analysis using the Maltron Body Composition Analyser
  • Body Fat Analysis using Harpenden Skinfold Measurements
  • Flexibility Assessment
  • Functional Strength Evaluation
  • Core Strength Assessment

This comprehensive approach ensures that your training programme is tailored specifically to your needs and goals.

Following your initial assessments, you’ll receive tailored physical training programmes—whether at home or in the gym—along with a personalised nutritional plan designed to meet your specific goals, be it weight loss, fat loss, or gaining lean, toned muscle. For athletes, we also provide in-depth sports nutrition guidance to address sport-specific needs, including supplementation advice.

All training sessions will be conducted under the supervision of Valentine, ensuring that your programme remains dynamic and focused on the seven pillars of fitness and overall well-being:

  1. Strength
  2. Stamina (general cardiovascular endurance and local muscular endurance)
  3. Suppleness (flexibility)
  4. Speed
  5. Skill (kinaesthetic awareness, motor coordination, and control)
  6. Structure (size and shape)
  7. Spirit (psychological fitness)

This holistic approach guarantees that you not only achieve your fitness goals but also enhance your overall health and well-being.

GOLD PLAN

20 SESSIONS

2 times per week is the minimum commitment we require from busy people. While the results will be a slower to get than 3 or 4 sessions per week but this give you consistent routine and accountability.

PLATINUM PLAN

£ 2160


30 sessions

Based on a minimum of 3 sessions per week this is a 12-week programme. Included in this plan, full assessment, 1-2-1 personal training session, nutrition plan and re-evaluation. This is one of our most popular plan.

TITANIUM PLAN

£ 2880


40 sessions

Based on a minimum of 4 sessions per week this is an 12-weeks programme. Included in this plan, full assessment, 1-2-1 personal training session, nutrition plan and re-evaluation. Your goals will reach new heights.

YEARLY PLAN

£ 828

Long term commitment is what ultimately transforms life. From nutrition, sleep, mobility, strength it's all about an overhaul of lifestyle change, and that's for LIFE. With our guidance your goals will be achieved and then maintained.

This is a MONTHLY subscription payment plan based on 3 sessions per week for a minimum of 1 year and then a rolling agreement there after. Direct Debit Payment taken every 4 weeks via Paypal. 10% discount offered for payments payed in full for the year.

Please note: All blocks must be paid for in advance of training to receive the allocated discounts; otherwise the single session rate is applied. All training blocks are valid for three months from the date of purchase.

Terms & Conditions

•Prices are for 60mins sessions. All payment is to made in advance of each training session block payment.

•Sessions must be used the above time frame.

•Please be on time, I normally have back to back sessions so if you are late then it takes away time from the session.

•24hour notice for any cancelations, if a cancelation is made without a 24hr notice the session will be lost, unless due to medical issues or family emergency, a doctors note will be needed for any medical issue’s (this goes the same for me, if I have to cancel a session without 24hrs notice I will give you a free session).

•Other that than I require full commitment, dedications to reaching your given goal and I will share my knowledge, experience and passion in making your goals a reality.
