Dynamic Warm-up
Then:
5×5 Single Arm DB Clean and Press (from floor)
Then:
5×5 BB Deadlift 80% 1rep Max
5×5 BB Floor Chest Press
Rest 60 seconds between sets
Then:
2×20 Tyre Flipping (50kg tyre)
2xFailure Weighted Chin-ups
2xFailure Ring Dips
Then:
Cool down
Ensure you hydrate yourself efficiently. Today’s temperature 30degrees C.

Evening Group Session
Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
Then:
Body Weight HIIT
30 seconds work 30 seconds rest 8 sets each exercise
Tiger Press-ups
Skipping alternate Pistols
Burpees
Quad Press
Table Top
Then:
3 minutes
Press-ups Plank hold in varied degrees
Then:
Cool down and stretch
