Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
Then:
60 seconds Press-ups
60 seconds Sit-ups
45 seconds work followed by
30 seconds work followed by
Finally 15 seconds work
Then:
60 seconds Rest
Then:
60 seconds Gate Swings to Sumo Squats
60 seconds Spinal Rocking
45 seconds work followed by
30 seconds work followed by
Finally 15 seconds work
Then:
60 seconds Rest
Then:
60 seconds Pike Press-ups
60 seconds Sprinters Lunge
45 seconds work followed by
30 seconds work followed by
Finally 15 seconds work
Then:
60 seconds Rest
Then:
60 seconds Press-ups
60 seconds Sit-ups
60 seconds Air Squats
60 seconds Spinal Rocking
60 seconds Pike Press-ups
60 seconds Sprinters Lunge
60 seconds Rest
Then you guessed it –
45 seconds work followed by 45 seconds rest
30 seconds work followed by 30 seconds rest
Finally 15 seconds work followed by 15 seconds rest
Then:
Meditation
60 seconds Side Plank – Left
60 seconds Side Plank – Right
60 seconds Plank
45 seconds work followed
30 seconds work followed
Finally 15 seconds work
Then:
Cool down and PNF Stretching
