My planned training session today was suppose to involve
Deadlift 5×5 @140kg
Then
Sandbag bear hug squats x10
Sandbag Shouldering x10 per side
4 sets
Then
Loaded carry for time 3x60s
1st bear hug carry
2nd  right shoulder carry
3rd left shoulder carry

But none of that happened. Due to business commitments and quality family time. But I still managed to get the following done.
60x Chin Ups through out the day 5 here and 5 there and 10 while out for a walk with my wife.

And at 10pm I did 100x Bodyweight Squats, 100x Pressups and 100x reverse crunches.

I knew that I had to get something done. It’s less than ideal but fuck it. It had to be done. That’s my mentality at present.

So don’t use time as an excuse. Yes make sure you put your family time first above anything else. Tend to your work matters. But never neglect your own health and well being. Without you nothing else matters.

If you didn’t get it anything done today fret not. Do it tomorrow. If you can do a little extra.
