5×8 DB Chest Press on Swiss ball
5×8 GHD Single Arm KB/DB Chest Press + Ab Crunch
Then:
3x Turkish Getup (3 each side) +
15m KB Bear Crawls +
15m KB Farmer Walks
6 rounds
Then:
3×10 KB Push Press
30 seconds rest in Rack position or OVH position
Then:
Cool down
