What is Sunday Play? Well it is having fun with training. Just be a little creative. When you put your mind to it you will be surprised what programme you can create.


Dynamic Mobility Warm-up
Then:
1 rep = Triplet
Kettlebell Snatch + Overhead Squat + Windmill
Complete 10 minutes switching from Left to Right once a triplet has been performed
Then:
Mountain Climber Pull-ups +
Press-up/Push-up Variations
3×10
Then:
Heavy Rope
Prone Plank Triceps Extension +
L Pull-ups
3x 10 reps
Then:
Cool down
